The National Reimbursement Manager (NRM) will serve as the primary liaison between assigned national accounts and all key departments within the company, assuring that customers are taken care of in a professional manner and that customer needs are consistently being met. The NRM will also understand customers’ goals and objectives, determine any areas where the company can be more helpful or provide additional resources, and establish appropriate access to all key internal stakeholders within the company.
The NRM conducts quarterly business reviews with the account to assure goals and objectives are being met and coordinates all market access initiatives within targeted accounts. The NRM also provides regular and ad hoc internal reporting to ensure product, corporate revenue and reimbursement objectives are being achieved.
